Biografie
Kitagami Seigyu (1891-1970)
Geboren 1891 in Hokkaido, Japan.
Sein Name ist Riichiro. Auch als Hokuzan und Chiryu bekannt.
Studiert unter Takeuchi Seiho in Kyoto.
Ausgewählt für die Bunten- und Teitens -Ausstellungen. Nach dem Krieg war er hauptsächlich in Einzelausstellungen aktiv.
Starb 1970 im Alter von 79 Jahren.
