Maler der Shijo -Schule. Geboren in der Präfektur Mie. Unter Keinen IMAO studiert. Der richtige Name ist Yasushi. Das Pseudonym ist Kensei-Sai. Hervorragend beim Malen von Blumen und Vögeln. Starb 1967.
