Biografie
Kobayashi Taigen (1938-?)
Er wurde 1938 in Mukden, China, geboren.
Sein Name ist Gitou.
Er war ein buddhistischer Rinzai -Mönch. Wurde 1975 Abt von Oubai-In, Daitokuji-Tempel.
Im Alter von 6 Jahren wurde er Mönch und absolvierte die Hanazono University.
Er studierte unter Otsu Rekidou in Shokokuji.
Hauptbedeutung
"Nanmu Shaka Muni Butsu"
Das Wort "Namu" bedeutet "Ich nehme Zuflucht" und die sieben Buchstaben von "Namu Shakyamuni Buddha", die ich in Shakyamuni Buddha Zuflucht mache. Es wird in den Tendai- und SOTO -Sekten verwendet.
