Biografia
Matsuda Kyotei (1887-1965)
Nato nella prefettura di Aichi. Vero nome, Jotaro.
Ha studiato Nanga sotto Kyosai Oda.
Dopo essersi trasferito a Tokyo, ha studiato sotto Ikegami Shuho.
Kyotei era noto principalmente come maestro di Koi-Ga (dipinto di carpe) ed eccelleva nel rappresentare la carpa piena di vita.
Il suo nome di sigillo è "Kyotei" o "Gessui-Doshu".
