Nogiwa Hakusetsu（1773-1849）

江户晚期的画家。
出生于An'ei 2。
他的名字叫萨乔（Saicho），泰乔（Taicho）。
他的昵称是Hakuki。假名是Sekko。
在Noro Keiseki下研究了文字绘画。后来，他还学习了卡诺学校的绘画技术。
在他的祖国芝山山（Kii Wakayama）中成为了该领域的画家。
