Biography
Yokoyama Seiki(1792-1864)

Painter of the Shijo School in the late Edo period. Born in Kyoto.
His first name was Kizou. A popular name is Seibun,Kibun.
Also known as Shume and Shosuke.
The pseudonym is Kajo.
Studied under Matsumura Keibun, and excelled at painting flowers and birds, landscapes, and figures.
Died in 1864 at the age of 73.

Main Meaning
Mt. Inari is the southernmost of the 36 sacred peaks in the eastern Kyoto basin. At the foot of the mountain is the Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine (Fukakusa, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto City), the headquarters of the Inari faith.
