・There are dirts, burns, stains on the Japanese paper on the back of the cover.
・There are some fracture , stains, burns on the image.
・There are some rubbing in mounting.
＊The box is a little broken.
Roller ends is ivory.＊We will replace it with a different material when we ship it.
・Kohitsu Ryoshin (1863-1946) appraised the piece and signed the box, Kiwame fuda (certificate of authenticity).

Tani Bunchu (1823-1876)
Bunsei 6 - Meiji 9
Grandson of Tani Buncho. Second son of Tani Bunji.
His first name was Keijiro. He is said to have served the Tayasu clan.
Learned painting techniques from his father, Tani Bunji, and was active in Edo and Tokyo from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji period.
His name was Bunchu. Also known as Rosai.
He died at the age of 54.
Kohitsu Ryoshin (1863-1946)
Appraiser of old calligraphy from Meiji to Showa period.
Eldest son of Ryoetsu. He succeeded to the 13th generation.
